Newsletter survey results

We asked and you answered, and we’ve listened. In May we sent out an anonymous survey inviting our readers to share their thoughts on our newsletter and comment on what they would like to see in future issues.

Out of the 78 respondents, 98.6 percent said that they found the newsletter informative. The content people liked seeing the most was construction updates and photos, with people also loving hearing news about our feats of engineering.

About 65 percent of people said they read every issue, and people were generally pretty happy with the newsletter’s layout, graphics, photos and article length.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on this survey. We received a number of excellent suggestions on how we can improve the newsletter, from requests for more detail on technical information, to a request that the font colour needed to be darkened (which we did).

The CRL Connection newsletter has a readership of more than 3000 and we want to make sure we’re producing the kind of content that appeals to the widest audience.
