Keep up-to-date with midtown
While we continue to build Te Waihorotiu Station (Aotea), the Auckland Council whānau have a programme underway to regenerate the surrounding area and get ready for the thousands of people who will use the station daily.
Work on Victoria Street West is beginning very soon, and is coordinated with the Link Alliance streetscape programme. We recommend you subscribe to Auckland Council's midtown newsletters to keep up-to-date with all the exciting changes happening in midtown. Previous midtown updates can be found here.
You can choose to receive the following information:
Midtown Construction Newsletter: This newsletter will be sent out fortnightly or monthly, depending on what’s happening at the time. It’s going to have the detailed construction information on the various projects underway in midtown and will keep you up to date on what construction is happening and what you can expect.
Quarterly Midtown Newsletter: This newsletter won’t delve into the detailed construction information, instead it will give summaries of project progress, share interesting behind the scenes stories, and talk about the big milestones coming up which are making midtown such a cool part of town.
Additional information for business or residents: During the Midtown Programme it is likely that content, resources and tools will be developed specifically designed to support business and residents through the Midtown Programme.
