Downtown Auckland Update

The layout of Quay Street, near Lower Queen Street has changed slightly to accommodate the city’s Downtown construction programme.

The traffic lanes on Quay Street between Gore Street and Te Komititanga have been shifted for the team to establish a new site area on the southern side of the road.

The changes will remain in place until early April.

Pedestrian access along the southern footpath will be maintained and there will be no restrictions for people wanting to access properties in the area.
